Privacy Policy
Showrooms trust us with something delicate: the names, sizes, family occasions and purchases of their clients. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how that information is protected and removed.
01 Two kinds of data
Account data is information about your showroom and staff: owner and staff names, work email, showroom name, city, plan and billing details.
Client data is the information your showroom stores about its own clients in the Client Book, Appointments, Showroom POS and other modules. Your showroom owns client data and decides what is recorded. We process it only to provide the service to you.
02 What we collect
- Details you give us when you sign up, book a demo or write to us.
- Client records, stock, invoices and messages that your staff enter or import.
- Technical logs such as device type, browser, IP address and actions taken, kept to secure the service and fix problems.
- Message delivery status for WhatsApp, SMS and email sent through the service.
03 How client data is used
Client data is used to show profiles to your authorised staff, produce invoices and reports, and prepare reminders and suggestions in the AI Client Concierge.
The AI Client Concierge uses only occasions, sizes, preferences and purchase history that a client shared with your showroom. It does not infer or record a client’s wealth, religion, caste, health or family circumstances. It drafts messages. It never sends them on its own.
We do not use client data to train models for other customers, and we do not sell or rent client data to anyone.
04 Consent for messages
Messages can be sent only to clients whose opt-in is recorded in the Client Book, with the date and source of consent. A relationship manager reviews and approves each message. Clients can opt out at any time by replying or by asking the showroom, and the opt-out applies at once.
05 Who can see it
- Your staff, according to the roles you assign. Private notes are visible only to relationship managers and owners.
- Our support staff, only when you ask for help and only for as long as needed, with every access logged.
- Service providers that host, encrypt, back up and deliver messages for us, under written agreements that bind them to the same standards.
- Authorities, only where the law requires it, and we will tell you unless we are prohibited from doing so.
06 Security
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest. Access is limited by role, protected by strong passwords and optional two-step verification, and recorded in an audit log. Backups are encrypted and tested regularly.
07 Retention and removal
Client data is kept while your account is active. A client can ask your showroom to remove their data at any time. When a showroom removes a client, the profile, notes and contact details are erased from live systems within 7 days and from backups within 35 days. Invoice records may be kept for the period that tax law requires.
If you close your account, you can export your data first. We delete it within 60 days of closure.
08 Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, export or delete the account data we hold about you. Showrooms handle requests from their own clients using the tools in the Client Book, and we help where needed. Write to us through the contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
09 Cookies
This website uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in, protect forms from automated submissions and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.
10 Changes
If we change this policy in a way that affects how client data is used, we will tell account owners by email before the change takes effect.
