Design, CAD and wax, casting, setting, polish, hallmarking and ready, each with its own date.

Alterations and repairs

Resizing, polishing, restringing and stone replacement, with a receipt when the piece is taken in.

Custom Orders, answered

Can outside karigars use it?

They do not need a login. Job cards are printed or sent on WhatsApp, and your staff update the stage.

How is wastage handled?

Set an allowed wastage per karigar or per job. Anything beyond it is flagged when the piece returns.

Can a client see progress?

Managers can send a short update at any stage. There is no public tracking page.
