Client Book, answered

Can we import our existing client list?

Yes. We import from Excel, Google Sheets or your billing software, including past invoices, so profiles start with real history.

Who can see a client’s notes?

Only staff with the Relationship Manager or Owner role. Counter and vault staff see the profile without private notes.

What happens when a manager leaves?

Clients are reassigned in one step, with the full history and notes handed over to the new manager.
